Refund and Returns Policy

At nanoaquatics, we strive to provide the best products for your nano aquarium needs. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Conditions for Returns:

1. 30-Day Return Window
   You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
2. Return Request
   To initiate a return, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the item at info@nanoaquatics.com.au. Please provide your order number and details about the product.
3. Item Condition
   The item must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for a return. Products that have been used or damaged are not eligible.
4. Refund Process
   Once we receive and assess the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
   The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.
